How do I order a portrait?
Simply fill out the order form on the Book a Portrait page. I’ll review your request and get in touch to confirm and begin.

Do I need to pay upfront?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required once your request is confirmed. The rest is paid upon completion.

How long will it take?
It depends on the style:
• Line art: 1–2 days
• Simple colour: 3–5 days
• Realistic or traditional: Up to 1–2 weeks (You’ll get an estimated time when your order is confirmed.)

Can I make changes after I see the drawing?
Yes! One round of small edits is included in the price (for things like colour tweaks or small details). Bigger changes may cost a little extra.

Do you accept custom requests (like pets with people, special backgrounds)?
Yes! Just let me know your ideas in the form and I’ll let you know what’s possible and if it affects the price.

How will I receive my portrait?
• Digital portraits are emailed as high-resolution files (for printing or sharing online).
• Pencil drawings are posted to you (UK and EU).

What if I don’t like the portrait?
I’ll work with you to make small adjustments. Refunds are not offered once the final drawing is complete, as the work is custom-made.

Can I use my portrait as a gift or on social media?
Yes! These portraits make beautiful, personal gifts and you’re free to post them too (crediting me is appreciated).
