Terms and Conditions

Please read before ordering a commission.

I. Scope & Communication

Commissions are open for digital portraits and A4 pencil drawings.
Each piece is created by hand and based on the reference photos you provide.
Time to complete a piece is usually 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.

II. Payment

Payments are made via PayPal and bank transfers.
A 50% deposit is required before the work begins. The remaining 50% is due before the final artwork is delivered.
Full payment upfront is welcome if preferred.
Refunds are not offered once work has started.

III. Revisions

You may request up to 3 minor revisions (e.g., colour adjustments, small details).
Once the sketch is approved, no major changes can not be made.
Please provide clear visual references and any specific requests ( quality, pose, composition).

IV. File Delivery (for Digital Art)

Files are sent as high-resolution JPEG or PNG suitable for printing and sharing.
Files are for personal use only unless commercial rights are agreed upon separately.

V. Usage & Copyright

You may print or share (with credit) the artwork for personal use only.
You may not:
- Use the artwork commercially (e.g. prints, products, NFTs, resale).
- Claim the artwork as your own.
- Edit, alter, or redraw the image.
- Post without giving credit to the artist.
I retain full rights to:
- Display the artwork on my portfolio, website, or social media with your permission.
- Use it as an example of my work with permission.

VI. What I Will / Won’t Draw
I will draw:

People and pets
Multiple subjects (may affect pricing)
Light stylisation or realism
References with clear photos
Memorial pieces

I will not draw:

NSFW content
Hate speech, political, or offensive themes
Violent content

Honesty & Transparency: I will always be clear about pricing, timelines, and what you can expect. If I can’t complete a request, I will say so respectfully.

Authenticity: Every piece is created with genuine intention, personal attention, and passion.

Respect & Inclusivity: I welcome all respectful clients and do not accept commissions that involve hate, discrimination, or harmful content.

Privacy: I will never share your commissioned work publicly without your permission.

Your privacy matters. I only collect the personal information you choose to give (like your name, email, and address for delivery). This is used only to communicate with you and complete your order. I do not sell, share, or store your data beyond what’s necessary to create and deliver your artwork. No cookies or tracking tools are used on this site. You can request to see or delete your data at any time by contacting me at Customshandmade@gmail.com.

To the best of my ability, I have disabled all cookie and tracking tools on this website. If you notice anything unexpected, please contact me directly.
