How it works
After placing your order, email your chosen photo to nicolebstudio1@gmail.com. I'll create a sketch for your approval before continuing with the final piece. Once your portrait is finished, I'll send you photos of the completed artwork. If any small adjustments are needed, I'll make them before carefully packaging and shipping your portrait to you. 
 
Turnaround 
Mini pet portraits usually take around a day to complete. However, due to current demand and existing bookings, the current turnaround time is approximately two weeks.
 
Choosing your photo
For the best results, choose a clear photo taken in natural light, where your pet's face, markings, and features are easy to see. Not sure which photo to pick? Feel free to message me before ordering. I'm happy to help you choose.
 
If you don't have many photos available, such as if your pet has passed away, I'll always do my best to create a meaningful portrait from what you have.
 
You're also welcome to share your pet's name and a little about their personality when sending your photos. These small details help me capture what makes them special.
 
International orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, depending on your country. Your local customs office sets these and they are the responsibility of the buyer.
 
Sharing the process
I love sharing the process behind each portrait, and photos of your artwork may be shared on my social media and website during the drawing process and once completed. If you'd prefer your portrait to remain private, just let me know when placing your order.
